Chassis shipping terms
All chassis are shipped via truck freight. Truck freight shipping applies to items that are too big and/or heavy for the parcel carriers (i.e. UPS, FedEx). It is also sometimes called "LTL" or "Less than Truckload" freight. Any chassis that include suspension components will have front and rear suspension assemblies mounted in cradles inside the chassis crate there will be instructions showing how to mockup your chassis using those assemblies to make up a rolling chassis, All components have been preassembled before shipping to ensure quality control, Truck freight cost may vary from time of purchase to shipping carriers often use “dimensional weight” instead of the actual weight. Dimensional weight is also called “volumetric weight,”... we have no control of actually shipping cost but we will find the best deal we can for our customers at the time of shipping, We do not ship ship to residential address only to nearest truck freight terminal or to any commercial business Address, Customer is reasonable for any cost associated with transport from terminal to residential address if they choose to. Freight Cost will be billed direct to customer using credit card we do not mark up shipping cost customers will receive our shipping discounts,

Chassis Payment terms
All chassis orders will require a deposit to get in the queue. Bare perimeter chassis require a $500 deposit, Full roller chassis require a min of $3500 depending on options ordered, Payments can be made through check or credit card.
Order returns and cancellations
- All parts returned are subject to inspection.
- Items that show evidence of use are subject to be non returned or will be charged a Restocking Fee.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
- Chassis orders canceled within 5 business days are subject to a 3% of deposit cancellation fee
- Chassis orders canceled after 5 business days or before
- All parts returned are subject to inspection.
- Items that show evidence of use are subject to be non returned or will be charged a Restocking Fee.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
- Chassis orders canceled within 5 business days are subject to a 3% of deposit cancellation fee
- Chassis orders canceled after 5 business days or before completion are subject to a 10% of deposit cancellation/restock fee
- Chassis Completed or shipped out are subject to a 10% of total invoice cancellation/restock fee
- Customer reasonable for all shipping cost involved in returning any products,
